Artisan Goat Cheese

BEES KNEES CHEVRES

This cheese is named in appreciation of my grandmother’s expressive language and celebratory spirit. If she were alive, I’m sure she would exclaim “It’s the bee’s knees!” I bought my grandmother’s house after many years of it being out of the family. Several varieties are available: Plain, Dill & Smoked Salt, Horseradish, and Garlic/Pepper/Parsley, as well as seasonal flavors.

Goat Meat

All of the meat we sell is from our own goats and processed at USDA-certified processing facilities. We make sure to question the processors to make sure they use the most humane practices. While on our Farm, all of our animals are well cared for and live happy and healthy lives. Goat is a delicious and flavorful meat and is the world’s most consumed meat!

INDIVIDUAL CUTS

(We are often sold out of many of the cuts, so if you have particular desires, call first please.)

In addition to stew meat, and sweet and hot Italian sausage, we offer shoulder roasts, legs roasts, ground goat, riblets, loin chops, and more!

We sell a hot Italian and sweet Italian sausage that goes great with pasta or just on their own!
